Chronic kidney disease affects over 850 million people globally — yet most don’t know they have it. In this healthcare video production, we partnered with AstraZeneca and the International Society of Nephrology to shed light on a silent epidemic and the people fighting back. Featuring patient advocate John Chapman and nephrology expert Dr. Agnes Fogo, the film explores the real-life impact of CKD, the science behind detection and prevention, and why early diagnosis matters more than ever.
The story also highlights AstraZeneca’s commitment to global partnerships - including clinicians, patient advocates, and health systems - all working toward earlier detection, stronger patient education, and better long-term outcomes for people facing chronic disease.
As part of Goodfellow’s work in healthcare and patient-centered video production, this film reflects our belief in cinematic, human-first storytelling that helps make complex health challenges visible and reminds us what’s at stake when care, communication, and early action align.
